Leadership bonuses in $CYBASE are designed for those who are not only actively involved in building their own network, but are also able to INSPIRE their referrals to achieve high results.Qualification for a leadership bonus requires three referrals who have also reached from the 6th rank in the system. These bonuses are arranged in a cascading system, where with each new level reached, the leader receives a share of not not only from the profits of his rank, but also from the profits of all previous ranks.
RANK 6:
As a Rank 6 leader, you receive a share of 1% of the total profits allocated to all qualified members at that level.
RANK 7:
Upon reaching Rank 7 and qualifying for the leader bonus, you continue to receive your share of the 1% Rank 6 bonus, plus you begin to receive a portion of the additional 1.5% fund allocated to Rank 7 participants.
RANK 8 AND HIGHER:
As you continue to advance as a Rank 8 leader, you receive your shares from the Rank 6 and Rank 7 funds, plus you begin to receive a portion of the 1.5% fund allocated to Rank 8 members.
